The Tigers have been blown out in four of their last five games.

Clemson missed 13 of its first 15 shots as Duke built a 17-5 lead, and the Tigers were once again uncompetitive for the fourth time in five games.

Aamir Simms scored 19 points, but the rest of the Clemson team couldn’t muster any kind of assistance as Duke built a 41-22 halftime lead and cruised to a 79-53 win in Durham.

Five Duke players scored in double figures as the Tigers were unable to rekindle the type of defensive effort they regained against Louisville on Wednesday.

Clemson faces North Carolina at home on Tuesday in desperate need of digging deep and finding the team it was earlier this season.
