ESPN writer rant

I am sick of ESPN writers. These guys are paid money to know and explain College Football to the uninitiated. They have 13 writers that pick who they think will be in the college football playoff. Three of them have not 2, but 3 SEC teams in the playoffs. They seem to have no sense of history. Some would say the main reason we have a committee to pick the playoff teams is because the BCS era gave us the LSU-Alabama national championship game in 2012. Think about this for a few minutes. We would have the possibility of two SEC teams playing 3 times in one year to determine the national champion. The national championship could be a repeat of the SEC championship played three weeks before.

Bad coaches get held accountable for stupid decisions, someone needs to hold these guys accountable for poor thinking.

These opinions are not necessarily those of the Proprietors of Shakin' The Southland.
