Clemson’s road to Omaha will have to go through Oxford, Mississippi as the Tigers were announced to be the three seed in the Oxford Regional on Monday. Host Ole Miss was named the #12 national seed. Oxford will have an orange flair as the Tigers’ first game will be against two seed Illinois Friday at 4:00 PM ET. Ole Miss will then host the Gamecocks of Jacksonville State Friday night at 8:00. All games can be streamed through ESPN3 and the ESPN App.

The Oxford Regional is paired with the Fayetteville, Arkansas regional, hosted by #5 Arkansas. The Razorbacks will host Cal, TCU, and Central Connecticut State. The winner of the Oxford Regional will take on the winner of the Fayetteville regional in the Super Regionals.

Ole Miss’s Swayze Field is one of college baseball’s best atmosphere’s and a bucket list item for any baseball fan. Rebel fans are passionate about their baseball, and Ole Miss’s outfield sections provide a unique experience.

While Tiger fans certainly would’ve preferred the team playing in Clemson or at least closer to home, for any fans that can make the trip, this should be a great time.
