Georgia comes to Doug Kingsmore Stadium Tuesday night for a 6pm showdown with Monte Lee's Clemson Tigers.

In his sixth season in Athens, Dawgs head coach Scott Stricklin has his team playing very well, as they come in with a 23-5 (7-2) record. Fresh off a series win at Kentucky, the Dawgs are ranked as high as 4th by D1 Baseball and currently sit at #24 in RPI.

Clemson comes in at 22-6 (9-3), having just swept Virginia Tech in Blacksburg over the weekend. The Tigers are ranked as high as #13 by Collegiate Baseball and currently are 15th in RPI.

Brooks Crawford gets the start for Clemson. The senior RHP is 1-1 with an ERA of 4.79 and a WHIP of 1.33. In his last start against Charlotte, he gave up 2 runs on 4 hits in 4 IP, while striking out 5.

RHP Tim Elliott gets the nod for Georgia. The junior comes in at 3-1, with an ERA of just 0.66 and a WHIP of just 0.77. He averages over one strikeout per inning and opponents are hitting just .132 against him.

The Tiger offense is averaging 7.3 runs a game, and as a team they're batting .276, have a .386 OBP, and have stolen 53 bases.

Bo Majkowski is still the guy with the hot bat. The Majik Man was 4-10 over the final two games against the Hokies, with 4 RBI and 2 runs scored, and is now hitting .333.

The Dawgs come in batting .280 as a team. They have a .393 OBP, have hit 30 home runs, and are 33-37 stealing bases. They're led by LJ Talley at the plate. The senior second baseman is hitting .370, with 4 HR and 18 RBI, and has an OBP of .475. Another guy to keep an eye on is two way player Aaron Schunk. The junior is hitting .318, with 4 HR and 21 RBI, and also has a team high nine saves in relief.

The game will be streamed on WatchEspn (game feed here) and can be heard locally on WCCP, 105.5 The Roar, and online via the TuneIn Radio App.
