Clemson Tigers vs. Wake Forest Demon Deacons: Live Gamethread, How To Watch, TV Schedule

NCAA Football: Clemson at Wake Forest Jeremy Brevard-USA TODAY Sports

Ten years ago Clemson’s final home game came against Virginia. Earlier that day Clemson had secured their first ACC Atlantic Division title. Just before kickoff C.J. Spiller made his final run down the Hill, and when he left the game late in the 4th quarter Death Valley echoed with a sound reserved for a select few.

This afternoon we’ll get to hear that noise once again. Senior Day is special for all of the players who have dedicated their time and passion to Clemson Football, but one man in particular will be remembered today. Travis Etienne isn’t a senior, but today is almost certainly his final home game at Clemson. The running back from Louisiana is almost certainly going pro after this year and this will be Clemson’s opportunity to say thanks, and goodbye.

This should be an afternoon of celebration and as long as Clemson is locked in there won’t be much doubt about the result.
