NCAA Football: CFP National Championship-Clemson vs Alabama Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

Week 1 is officially here. It is time to wake up, watch GameDay, and then peruse a decent week 1 slate of games. Clemson has the early game this weekend so you’ll be able to watch a few good games afterwards.

Clemson kicks off at noon EST today and the game will be on ESPN! Somehow, and if you don’t have ESPN you can stream it online on WatchESPN

My recommendation is LSU-BYU in the evening. I’m a bit biased, but this will give LSU a good test to see what Ed Orgeron will have to work with this year. It’ll also be nice to see someone else have to deal with a Matt Canada offense.

I’ll also take Michigan - Florida for the afternoon game. A lout mouth coach gets a chance to actually win a big game. And Florida gets to try and play with half of their roster suspended. I guess Mark Richt sent his magic up from Miami or something. The rest of the schedule is in the table below.
