Clemson Stays Alive After Crushing Western Carolina 15-3.

The Tigers received an outstanding pitching performance from Alex Eubanks, who pitched his first career complete game - a huge boon to the bullpen as Oklahoma State played one fewer game coming from the winner's bracket and will need to be beaten twice.

This one was all Tigers from the beginning, as they jumped on the board first via a throwing error by the Western Carolina catcher in the 2nd that allowed Chris Okey to steal home. Clemson added 3 more runs in the top of the 3rd and 5 more in the 4th to take a commanding 9-0 lead. From that point, Tigers cruised to 15-3 victory over the Catamounts. The Tiger also went deep 5 times in the game (Pinder, Beer, Okey, Wilson, and White.)

Hopefully the Tigers can keep the offense rolling in the regional finale against Oklahoma State, which has a first pitch time scheduled for 9:10 PM tonight.

Pat Krall will get the start against Oklahoma State. Game can be seen on ESPN3
