The train keeps on rolling. I'm about to pass out...

K'Von Wallace was always a take for Clemson. I can tell you that the coaching staff really wanted to land him. There was a lot of talk about Ohio State being full and so they weren't an option, etc. It is my understanding that exiting his official visit Wallace was set on being a Clemson Tiger. It did make the decision that much easier when Ohio State grabbed some guys on their board and solidified some commitments. The fact that Ohio State wanted him should be evidence enough that this wasn't a fallback prospect.

Clemson gets a late bloomer who can play either corner or safety. He was a wide receiver in high school and has very good ball skills. He is also long and athletic. The film I have watched shows a player who doesn't shy from contact in run support and actually plays with pretty good positioning at corner. He played a mix of corner and safety in his high school scheme as well. Lots of similarities between him and Mullen with regards to body type and abilities.

Back to the gif. party...I'll have more specifics on Wallace and Mullen in the coming days.
