Clemson opened the game on a 20-2 run and held off a second-half rally by Wofford to pull away for a 66-51 win on Sunday afternoon.
The Tigers held a 15-point lead at halftime after a stifling first-half defensive effort, and while the Terriers whittled down the margin, they never got closer than seven points as Clemson put together a strong finish to earn the win.
Jaron Blossomgame once again led the way for Clemson with 22 points and 10 rebounds. Donte Grantham added 11 points and 8 rebounds, and Avry Holmes chipped in 10 points.
The Tigers held Wofford leading scorer Justin Gordon to just two points, and while Spencer Collins got 16 points, he was just 4 of 15 from the field.
Clemson was again impressive from beyond the arc, knocking down 8 of 16 threes for a 50-percent clip. Blossomgame, Holmes and Ty Hudson each buried two.
The Tigers take a week off for exams before returning to the court Sunday evening to take on Alabama.
