Clemson Tigers vs. Miami Hurricanes: Live Gamethread

Joshua S. Kelly-USA TODAY Sports

After a bye week and 3 straight home games, Clemson goes on the road to Miami for the first time since 2009. The Hurricanes have had a rough couple of years since then with some decent talent going to Coral Gables, but not enough to finally get that ACC Coastal title.

For Clemson it will be interesting to see how they do outside of Death Valley. Outside of escaping Louisville on the road, the Tigers haven't had to play a road game this season. It will be a unique challenge for the team to adjust to a noon game in an empty environment.

On defense Clemson will look to stop QB Brad Kaaya. If Clemson can stop him they will have an excellent chance to win this game. The key to that will be pressure from our DL. The line has struggled to get consistent pressure on pass plays, but in this game Miami's OL should provide them with a few opportunities.

Clemson's offense should have an easier time of running the ball compared to last week against Boston College. Look for Wayne Gallman to get his touches and Zac Brooks should be in line for more opportunities as well.

Join us below in the gamethread for this one, it should be fun.
