We placed a couple goodies (including the full day's schedule courtesy of the mothership) below. Please use the comments section to discuss anything in the body of this article AND as an early/mid-day Gamethread until the official Clemson/UGa thread goes live later in the afternoon.

Early on I don't see too much excitement.  I will likely now be less anxious to get off the golf course and onto the couch due to this lineup of typical first week crap early in the afternoon.

If you do catch an early game, you may want to watch aTm vs Rice just because, well, subplots have filled the news nonstop for the past couple months.  At 3:30, switch between ABC and ESPN2 for Mississippi State vs. Oklahoma State and Penn State vs. Syracuse.  I'll also point out that BYU visits Virginia on ESPNU if you want to see how far along the UVa program has moved.  Personally, I again don't care about any of these games.

Alabama will likely beat the snot out of VPI at 5:30.  Washington State does visit Auburn on ESPNU in Gus Malzahn's first game as chief of the fighting eagles.  Wofford plays at Baylor in a matchup for The Belt.  Obviously, our Tigers run down the hill at 8:00 PM and LSU/TCU fires it up at 9.

Feel free to comment on any important game i may have missed and use the comments section to voice excitement over any games shown above or anxiousness/jubilation about Clemson running down the hill tonight.

The clear spotlight is on our Tigers this week.  I recommend taking it easy early on...watch the golf mid-day, then flip it over to ABC at 8.  With so few meaningful games early on, this is the perfect week to brush up on that cooking technique you want to employ at a tailgate later on this year, get in the extra 9 holes, get in an extra couple tailgating games or...watch these badass videos over and over to get hyped for tonight's game in Death Valley:

We'll begin this Motley Season with the Crue's inspirational rendition of hitting up shoe-shows worldwide. Following that rousing performance, we'll hear words of inspiration from none other than Nature Boy Ric Flair.

Just like that! **SNAP FINGERS**
