CBSSports - Duke University finally begins investing in its overall athletic department. In a reversal of the norm, all the basketball money will help pay for renovations for the football stadium, specifically removing the track and enclosing the horseshoe for the former Rose Bowl site. The expected new capacity is ~40,000.
