Clemson Lands Four-Star Point Guard

9

During the Clemson vs. North Carolina football game, Clemson hosted Ty Hudson a crucial point guard target for the Tiger basketball program. The Mableton, GA (a West Atlanta suburb) standout gave the Clemson coaches his verbal commitment at the game. He cited proximity to home as a major reason for the commitment, among others. With Hall graduating after this season, he will most likely begin as the back-up point guard behind University of San Francisco transfer Avry Holmes and will be his heir-apparent, but could see additional early playing time if Holmes plays some two-guard - as Holmes is known mostly as a scorer.
