How Much is This Hurting Us

A friend of mine sent this to me a week ago, and I had very little understanding as to how much Dabo's Christian beliefs are informing his coaching philosophy.

Can anyone see Nick Saban taking his bible out during recruiting trips? How about any of the top tier coaches?

Do we lack toughness and passion for hard, winning football because our football philosophy is based on the New Testament? Are we not willing to do everything possible to win these games for this reason?

This fifth loss in a row to the coots is killing me. It was ugly, sloppy, passionless football. We have better talent and better leadership, but we play less like a team.

I'm sick and tired of beating bullshit ACC teams all season only to lose to the few "real" teams we play. Hell, we almost lost to Georgia too. It's not like we killed them. Then we almost lost to NC State (a horrible team) and Boston College (slightly better than horrible, but still bad).

The rest of our ACC games are boring and are lose-lose for us. If we win by just a little, then we suck. If we win by a lot, we should have. If we lose, then it's a disaster.

We can't keep losing this game against sakerlina.

I'd rather go 9-4 but beat the coots 3 out of every 4 years than go 10-2 and keep losing to those fuckers.

These opinions are not necessarily those of the Proprietors of Shakin' The Southland.
