Texas A&M to the SEC
Per their Rivals site, the Aggie board voted 6-3 in favor of going to the SEC and declined the Pac-10 invite.
The SEC will bring in one more team, no question in my mind about that, but who?

You have to believe they would offer Va Tch, right? Texas A&M adds the Texas market, Va Tech would add the Virginia market (if they want that). Could you see the SEC going after a Big 12 team or consider Memphis as an option? FedEx allegedly has offered up $10 mil per year to any conference who would take the Tigers.

I’m not sure about this one. While I’m sure that the TA&M would love to join the SEC, I just don’t see how the SEC gains that much from them as Texas is Longhorn country with everyone else being ‘also rans’ as a general rule, TV market or not, why add a 2nd rate team? Perhaps something is going on with OSU or OU as a 2 team deal?
they'll have to go for someone else
in the state too I think.
SEC wants access to oil money and the TX recruits, that here unto now are only really within LSU’s grasp.
