Saw the nsd post and was really hoping you had psychic abilities, Dr B (getting Parker would be jam up). I think some folks from BYU got a little taste also!

On that note, all signs point to Howard coming here (AU aparently has pulled his schollie and I would hope CU would be able to beat out UK). The Parker decision is the big one, as I don’t (as metioned yesterday) believe that Allen will be wearing orange next year.

rumors say
Allen is still undecided and might not announce today.

Rumors are really that Allen may have had his offers pulled
because of his handler Otis Yelverton.

Any word on when Allen's announcement will be now?

I have heard nothing
apparently with Alabama, Clemson, and possibly Cal pulling their offer because of this handler, Penn State is in the picture.

In your opinion, is that the real reason for the delay or is it weather related like they are saying?

I bet he doesnt have the LOI in his hands that he wants
what weather is there? its clear sunshine in spartanburg and Greensboro aint but 45 min away
cant be weather

Haha, not sure. I read on Rivals that they were delayed an hour in their travels cause of weather.

Gabe King was in DC (where I live) last night
We got 5 inches of snow over night and they are supposedly waiting on him to get down to Greensboro so they can announce together.

maybe Gabe King's flight did get stuck
that one is more reasonable, anyway it appears that the LOIs are in

Sounds like Cal.
Oh well. I’m still happy with Bryant and Hopkins.

Jake N.
I saw Jake N. signed his LOI. He is still able to come to Clemson and play football after what happened to him?

he is immediately on medical hardship waiver
he’s in school, and if he gets better then he can play, but it doesnt count to the 85

Very interesting. If Allen was going to get us in trouble with the NCAA, then I am glad we did not sign him. I will not be upset if we lose Thomas, but REALLY would love to get Parker.

Don't want to lose Thomas because
he plays at the same high school of some very good 2011 prospects. He could play a role in us landing those guys.

Missing on Allen isn't too big.
Missing on Parker would be bigger, in my opinion.
Clemson has already started well for 2011 too.
