(a) 10 Win Season
(b) Conference Championship
(c) Play in a BCS Bowl

If you ever wonder how we are perceived in the college football landscape by the rest of the nation, it's pretty much the same as how you and me view the list of these teams. 

One coach, one booster, one player are not to blame for this problem...the whole blame has to go on the athletic department and administration as a whole.

* - UConn and USF were not included since they have not played D-1 football since 1992
